Description

An excellent sealer for masonry, plaster and concrete surfaces. It reduces damage from alkali and salts. By sealing powdery porous surfaces, it provides greatly improved coverage of emulsion top coats.

Recommended Usage

It is for all brickwork and masonry surfaces, walls, ceilings, exterior façade of buildings. To seal poor distemper and lime wash coated surfaces.

PRE PAINTING STEPS

NEW SURFACES

Run down the surface with a stiff bristle brush or rubbing stone to remove any loose and friable material. Check that the surface is thoroughly dry and free from efflorescent salts.

OLD SURFACES

For old surfaces, especially white- washed surfaces, scraped down to bare surface and wash with spray water to ensure freedom from contaminants like grease and oil etc.

FINISHING

Fill all surface imperfections with Gobi's Sona Wall Putty before over coating with Gobi's Gold Luxurious Emulsion.

HOW TO APPLY

NEW SURFACES

Apply one continuous coat of Gobi's Gold wall sealer after thinning it with up to 10 % mineral turpentine /white spirit

OLD SURFACES

Apply one continuous coat of Gobi's Gold wall sealer after thinning it with up to 10 % mineral turpentine /white spirit.

PRECAUTIONS

Allow to dry for 24 hours.
